Frequently Asked Questions
How do the handyman visits work?
Every 2-3 months, members are entitled to 90-minute visit (upon request) to complete routine home maintenance tasks. You’ll submit a punch list in advance, and we’ll complete as many eligible items as time allows.
What happens during the annual home inspection?
We walk the interior and exterior of your home, checking systems, identifying issues, and delivering a digital Home Health Report so you can stay ahead of any problems.
What if my to-do list takes more than 90-minutes?
Tasks are prioritized to fit within your 90-minite visit. If additional time is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit at your member, hourly rate.

Do unused visits roll over?
Yes! We understand life gets busy. If you’re unable to use your scheduled handyman visit, you can roll it over for future use—so nothing goes to waste.

Proactive Partner: You may roll over 1 visit at a time. Rolled-over visits must be used within 6 months of the original visit date and can be combined with your next quarterly visit for a longer session.

Total Home Confidence: You may roll over up to 2 visits at a time, offering even more flexibility with your 6 scheduled visits per year. The same 6-month usage window applies, and visits can also be combined upon request.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to combine visits so we can reserve the appropriate amount of time. Rollover visits cannot exceed the maximum allowed for your membership tier.
Do I need a membership to hire you?
No, membership is not required. We offer one-time service calls at a flat hourly rate. However, members enjoy valuable benefits, including:
